国际学生联谊会2017年秋季学期第一次工作会议

第一次工作会议

地点：太阳集团1088vip游泳馆楼下（留学生俱乐部新的办公室）
参会人员：卡尔， 满苏玛， 萨提雅，杰思敏，酷酷，陈文重，迪尔山，阿旺达，谢哥。
会议主要内容：
举办三场晚会：
一 饺子晚会：1邀请新来的学生参加饺子晚会
2为了促进各国留学生的相互交流，这次晚会采用抽签的方式安排座位，按照抽到的号码入座
3由杰思敏和酷酷做一个关于这次晚会的ppt
4老生将为新生做一道他们本国的菜
5在这次晚会中学生之间玩击鼓传花（用一个皮球，改为放音乐，音乐停了，球在谁的手中，就由这个人表演节目，表演的节目的形式由抽签决定）。
6同一个国家的留学生需要表演体现本国文化的歌曲
7萨缇雅和陈文重要做两副节日海报
8领导们会参加在教师餐厅举办的饺子晚会
9领导们会为这次饺子晚会表演节目
二万盛节晚会
1 阿旺和迪尔山需要为这个晚会找一个地方
2今年的万盛节晚会需要增加一些新的项目，需要比去年举办的更成功。
三 圣诞晚会
1萨缇雅负责在圣诞晚会上唱开唱歌
2阿旺和另一位被选出来的女主持人共同主持这场晚会
3领导的名字共同写在一本书上，将这本书作为这次会议的纪念品
4由满苏玛负责给赞助商的礼物
其他事项
1在饺子晚会结束之后我们将进行新会员的招新工作，在招新工作完成之后，我们会通过选举的方式选举产生新的领导
2脸书将会发布以下的内容
3九月十八日下午五点，领导们要把以后需要工作的办公室打扫干净
4俱乐部需要做新的网页，网页的名字是国际学生俱乐部，之前的旧的网页是the Alumni club page。
Updates of team leaders meeting on 17.09.2017 held on swimming pool downstairs in our new office.
The meeting was Chaired by Khalifa with the following leaders present:
Masuma, Sathiya, Shumi, Aravinda, Dilshan, Kuku, chen wen zhong and Cheik Omar Greou.
Key highlights of the meeting
Jiaozi party preparation
This Jiaozi party will be a little different from the others it wil be held on 2017.09.29 (Friday evening 18:30)
1. Leaders will visit the various classes of the international students to invite them to this year Jiaozi party
2. To encourage socializing a number draw will be done to select people who will sit together during the party
3. A short ppt will be shown be Shumi and Kuku about the club to the new students
4. Old students will be informed to cook some country food to share during this program
5. There will games like the passing ball with musical interludes
6. Also countries maybe asked to perform cultural songs
7. Sathiya and chen wen zhong will take care of the poster (2 posters for the party)
8. Leaders will have to visit the canteen to check its availability for the Jiaozi party
9. Leaders will perform song in this jiaozi party.
Halloween party
1. Aravinda and Dershan was appointed to scout for a place for this year party.
2. New ideas are being sorted to make this year Halloween a success compared to last year.
Christmas Party （proposed date 2017.12.22）
1. Sathia was appointed to take Charge of Christmas opening song performances for the Christmas party
2. Aravinda was appointed to be the Host with a yet to be selected female host
3. We intend sharing a book souvenir during the party's with leaders on back of the book
4. Gifts for the patrons will be provide by Masuma.
Other matters
1. After the Jiaozi party we recruit new member to help run the club, after the recruitment, there will an election to select new leaders
2. Our Facebook page needs to managed so some will be appointed
3. The country association presidents must be brought on board to help recruit new member to the club and help the enjoy participation
4. Monday the 18th at 5pm leaders will meet to clean old club office for it to be used
5. A new club page must be created and named international students Club whiles the old one will be made the Alumni club page.
